SIMPSON Cleaning Systems Awarded Sherwin Williams Supply Agreement |

January 16, 2008 -- Dallas, TX. Simpson Cleaning Systems, LLC a division of FAIP North America (FNA) is pleased to announce its agreement to supply Sherwin Williams with a range of commercial series pressure washers for its 3,000+ stores across North America and the Caribbean. Simpson industrial pressure washers have long been recognized in the industry as the choice of paint professionals. This announcement was made at the 2008 Sherwin Williams Paint Stores Group National Sales Meeting where over 7,000 Sherwin Williams sales associates and management witnessed the unveiling of the Simpson direct drive and belt drive machines created especially for Sherwin Williams. These top quality machines are being built in the Simpson 145,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility located in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Initial shipments of these products were made earlier this month. “Professional painters are among the largest users of pressure cleaning equipment, as the key to a quality paint job relies on proper preparation of the surface to be painted” notes Bill Fischer, Vice President of Sales for Simpson Cleaning Systems, clearly energized from the reception of the Sherwin Williams sales associates. “Sherwin Williams serves the paint pro extremely well and it was a natural fit for us to make our products available at the largest retailer for these high-end machines” When asked what impact would this Supply Agreement would have on the company, Fischer responded “In a nutshell, this is huge, huge for our company, huge for our suppliers and huge for the hard working men and women back home in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. They are the true heroes here.” Simpson Cleaning Systems was purchased in April, 2006 by FAIP North America and currently employees 46 permanent employees with plans for expansion for 2008. FAIP North America is a global original equipment manufacturer of pressure washers and pressure washer accessories.
