FNA Group Acquires the assets of Simpson, Delco High Pressure Washing Brands; |

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL - May 2, 2006. The FNA Group, a leading marketer of high pressure washers and accessories based in the Chicago area has acquired the assets of Phoenix Cleaning Systems and its Simpson and Delco branded lines of pressure washing equipment, it was announced here today. The company will be renamed Simpson/Delco, LLC. and operate under the FNA Group umbrella. The FNA Group and its FAIP North America, Inc., unit, currently markets and distributes electric pressure washers and accessories to retailers throughout North America. In addition, the company also is a private label marketer of electric pressure washers sold by mass market and specialty retailers in the consumer marketplace throughout the U.S, Canada and Mexico. Simpson/Delco, located in northwest Arkansas, has been a leading manufacturer for the past 40 years of what many consider to be the benchmark units of the hot and cold pressure washer industry. The company expects production to continue at its current location with plans for major plant and manufacturing improvements. Products produced by the Simpson/Delco unit and carrying those brand names will continue to be marketed through pressure washer distributors and dealers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
